, you'll be the face of our store -- welcoming customers, showcasing cool products, and making shopping an unforgettable experience. Whether you're helping someone find their dream Pokemon card or filming a quick product spotlight for social media, you're playing a vital role in creating retail magic.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet customers with a smile and provide top-notch service with great vibes Help guests find the perfect collectible, gift, or card -- we sell fun! Operate the

cash register

and handle payments accurately and confidently Keep the store organized, clean, and fully stocked -- no empty shelves on your watch

Stock inventory

, unpack new items, and make displays look awesome Help fulfill online orders and ensure speedy, accurate packing and shipping Create simple

product videos

or unboxing clips for social media -- training provided! Stay current with products, pricing, and promotions Work as part of a team and support sales goals Must be able to lift and move product boxes (approx. 20-30 lbs)

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing, and

fluent in English

Mandarin or Cantonese

fluency is a plus, especially for our multilingual customers Previous

retail experience

is great, but we also welcome eager learners! Passion for Pokemon, anime, blind boxes, trading cards, and pop culture is a huge bonus Confident using a POS system and handling transactions Comfortable with basic social media tools and short-form video creation Strong multitasking skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
