RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting and directing of customers in-store Coordinating with other Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service to customers Answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise Interacting directly with customers either by telephone, email or in-person Processing payments through Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit cards, and store gift cards Ensuring displays are fully stocked and cleaned

Outgoing, positive, professional attitude General understanding of Sales principles and Customer Service practices Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently Ability to work independently and in a group setting, as required Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as required
