The Opportunity

Hoi Bo is looking for outgoing, brand specialists for our Distillery Shop. As a member of Hoi Bo's retail team, you will be responsible for representing and communicating the aesthetic and philosophy that lies at the heart of Hoi Bo's design practice. You will help build and cultivate relationships with customers, providing an exceptional service experience that is genuine, honest, and friendly. You'll work with the team to maintain a superlative store environment that reflects Hoi Bo's commitment to quality, from ensuring an impeccable level of cleanliness to re-merchandising and filling orders.

The Job

As a brand specialist, you will:

Work to meet sales targets in-store. Work with the team to keep the stores customer ready, from creating a comfortable and safe experience through daily cleaning and upkeep to filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising Create an inviting, personable, and memorable service experience for customers that is on their terms Provide thoughtful, honest feedback and fashion advice for our customers about style and fit Grow Hoi Bo's customer base through newsletter and community program sign-ups

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
