Retail Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused attitude, making them an integral part of our retail environment.

Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately through cashiering functions. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. Perform inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

Experience

Candidates should have a background in retail or customer service, with the following skills preferred:

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in technical sales is a plus. Familiarity with cashiering processes and basic math for transaction handling. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment. Ability to upsell products based on customer needs. Organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked. A proven track record in sales is advantageous. A second language is a strong asset.
