Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchasing wireless products and services, processing transactions, handling customer questions and complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role also involves staying updated on the latest wireless technology and sales promotions, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the store team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and retail environments
Knowledge of wireless products and services
Ability to handle transactions, questions, and complaints efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in the wireless industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
