Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and promote special offers. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through the POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store standards and manage inventory effectively. Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the overall customer experience.
