What You'll Do

Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner Understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle options Provide expert product knowledge on features, benefits, and performance Guide customers through the full sales process -- from test drives to delivery Work alongside our in-house finance team to build approvals and structure deals Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions Maintain an organized pipeline and meet monthly sales targets Deliver a

premium customer experience

with every interaction

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience

(preferred) Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Motivated, competitive, and positive attitude Valid BC driver's licence Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
