  • Drive Store Satisfaction
  • Own department action plans/strategy that align with merchandising and operations
  • Drive Profit & Loss for departments and performance to meet targets
  • Collaborate with Operations on the development of division business plans to drive sales/business growth
  • Monitor plan vs actual performance and work with Operations on opportunities
  • Lead external compliance on industry leading retail department standards
  • Marketing & Merchandising: Development & effective execution of commercial programs & local assortment pricing/promotion decisions
  • Food Safety & Loss Prevention: Creation and adherence to protocols across stores
  • EC CX: Help define EC customer experience strategy/standards
What you have to offer:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of retail department operations
  • Full knowledge of Profit & Loss
  • Full knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of store operations
  • Ability to inspire and influence large groups of employees
  • Ability to liaise and build strong relations with all lines of business
  • Confidence and ability to make key business decisions
  • Strong strategic thinking ability
