We currently have an opportunity as a Retail Media Netowrk Manager.Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Empire RMN team, in close collaboration with the pod lead
• Refine and develop the strategic plan / roadmap to deliver against RMN targets, across functions - including sales strategy and pipeline, pricing and ad product roadmap, measurement roadmap, planning and delivering campaigns
• Drive project management for the RMN team, including finalizing and facilitating prioritization of key activities in each bi-weekly sprint
• Run daily check-ins, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, in collaboration with pod lead
• Coach RMN team on agile operating model and ways of working
• Share bi-weekly updates with the ELT including updates on progress as well as any blockers that need support

What you have to offer:

• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum of 8+ years work experience
• Mandatory: prior experience managing large and complex projects
• Mandatory: Prior advertising/ media / marketing experience
• Experience with agile methodology and ceremonies preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Proven ability to guide a cross-functional team to a common vision and lead through influence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with various internal stakeholders across all levels
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and people skills
