The Account Director, Triangle Retail Media (TRM), will be responsible for new business development, prospecting and achieving assigned revenue targets. You will make an impact by:Owning a portfolio of new client leads and proactively prospecting, following-up with high urgency, and closing new relationships to build a robust pipeline of clients across brands and agencies, all new first-time participantsDesigning pitches tailored to client needs, objectives, and pain points (including pricing structure, audience segments, creative suggestions) and effectively communicating TRM\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition to inspire clients to pursue new ad product offerings (e.g., on site display, video, social, email)Leading problem solving with clients to help them achieve and exceed their marketing goalsLeading client growth strategy, leveraging the best of TRM advertising solutions, to deliver on client business objectives as thought partnersCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Ecomm, Data, Insights and Product teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth through the delivery of new processes and servicesAchieving assigned quarterly revenue targets across assigned portfolioAdapting to ongoing ad product and technology developments and identifying opportunities for growth as it relates to the needs of the retail media network industryWhat you bringBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline8+ years of experience in a sales/ solution-selling role, ideally in media/ advertisingHighly motivated professional with experienced in proactively managing a book of business, sales pipeline, and/or collaborating with client stakeholdersExperience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals of over $10M and/or managing sophisticated marquee clientsPossess superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership levels through building relationshipsDemonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple prioritiesResourcefulness in maneuvering through a large company while working in a nimble and fast paced environment \xe2\x80\x93 ability to adapt and thrive in any business situationAn excitement to learn how to produce meaningful insights, counsel, and plan for our partners\xe2\x80\x99 business objectives is preferredExperience with brand and/or digital marketing performance campaigns preferredHybridWe value flexibility.
