The

Retail Marketing Specialist

is responsible for enhancing the brand experience in stores through effective project management and seamless implementation of retail marketing initiatives. This role will lead store merchandising transformation projects, maintain overall store aesthetics, coordinate signage, and ensure all retail marketing projects align with brand standards and strategic goals. The Retail Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with store teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive cohesive and impactful marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Store Image Enhancement

Lead Store Merchandising Transformation Projects:

Drive and oversee projects aimed at optimizing in-store merchandising to elevate customer experience while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Coordinate with merchandising design teams and store operations to guarantee effective planning and timely execution of projects.
Maintain Store Look and Feel:

Develop and implement strategies that reinforce a cohesive and on-brand visual identity across all store locations. Ensure that stores adhere to brand standards in layout, merchandising, and overall presentation, creating a best shopping environment for customers.
Communication and Collaboration

Facilitate Communication with Store Teams:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and store managementto ensure clarity in marketing initiatives and their timely execution, adapting strategies as needed to suit specific store requirements. Address feedback and challenges from store teams to optimize project outcomes and ensure smooth execution.
Partner Management and Communication:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure we satisfy timely delivery their in-store marketing requirements. Manage the end-to-end process of in-store marketing projects, from initial briefing through vendor selection to final implementation and evaluation.
Visual Management and Signage Coordination

Signage Management and Coordination:

Oversee the design, and installation of all in-store signage, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and enhancing the shopping experience. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of signage materials.
Manage Retail Marketing Space:

Oversee the allocation and utilization of all in-store marketing spaces, ensuring optimal placement for promotions, signage, and seasonal displays. Ensure that each location effectively utilizes retail space to highlight key products and offers, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Activity Planning and Execution

Plan and Execute Retail Marketing Activities:

Plan, coordinate, and implement retail marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns designed to drive store traffic, sales, and brand awareness. Track and report the success of each initiative, analyzing key performance metrics and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in retail marketing or project management within a retail environment. Strong understanding of visual merchandising, brand image, and in-store customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, store personnel, and external vendors. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:

Experience coordinating marketing activities in a multi-store environment. Knowledge of retail operations and familiarity with merchandising and signage production. Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Pay: $39,589.87-$80,140.35 per year
