Job Title: Retail Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Cannabis Retail Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a Retail Manager, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, managing inventory, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver outstanding performance.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee payroll activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
- Implement effective merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management and team leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supervising employees, conducting interviews, and providing feedback.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in payroll management is a plus.
- Training development expertise to enhance staff capabilities.
