To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at .Being responsible for the planning and day to day execution of the Ag Department, you will also be providing leadership, direction and oversight to Ag Centre operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Provide operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies for the Ag Centre and customer base.
• Responsible for the marketing and merchandise of the Ag locations including, display, promotions, and pricing.
• Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
• Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
• Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions. Oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
• Responsible for coordination and oversight of all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies. Responsible for the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment.

• You have 8+ year of experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
