Duties

Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and organization Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and employee performance Ensure the store is clean, stocked and visually appealing Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock organization Assist customers with a smile, product knowledge, and a helpful attitude Manage cash handling and ensure company policies are followed Create a positive, encouraging, team-driven environment Think on your feet and solve problems as they arise

Qualifications

Previous retail management or supervisory experience is required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative Ability to lift and move products as needed Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours (including weekends)
