Position Summary:
As a
Retail Front Counter Customer Service
associate, you'll be the face of Cedarbrook! You'll greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, answer questions about our products, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and with a smile
Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and customer area
Restock shelves and displays as needed
Answer questions about bakery and deli items
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bakery staff
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
