Reference #18137On behalf of our client, Brandt Finance Ltd. a division of the Brandt Group of Companies, we are currently seeking a sales-driven Retail Finance Manager to join their team.Brandt is a privately owned and family-run company, highly focused on customer satisfaction and driven by diversification and specialization. The company\'s enduring success stems from a steadfast belief in their unlimited potential and the prosperity of their customers, a belief that guides their actions daily.This position plays a key role in driving the business of Brandt Finance to support the sales of whole goods at Brandt Tractor Ltd. and build a new book of business. The Retail Finance Manager will be responsible for promoting the full suite of services offered by Brandt Finance within a defined territory established by the company.What You Will Do:

  • Assist sales team in securing financing for whole goods sales.
  • Develop a network to ensure sustainable growth and continuous sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, as well as sales staff.
  • Promote value-added products like insurance to enhance customer experience.
  • Generate referral income by engaging potential clients effectively.
  • Provide detailed weekly activity reports to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Travel within designated territory to meet with customers face-to-face.
  • Identify and fulfill financing needs for all customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing.
What You Will Need:
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Proven ability to identify and meet customer needs by leveraging a deep understanding of sales and financing processes.
  • Ability to close.
  • Prior experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
  • Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
