Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team. Oversee payroll processing and budgeting activities to maintain financial health. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling. Implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales. Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, and administrative tasks. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective customer engagement. Proficiency in merchandising, purchasing, and sales management practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Strong math skills for accurate pricing and financial reporting. Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members. Experience in training & development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
