Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Retail Clerk to join our team part-time. The successful candidate will provide front-line customer service, assist with retail sales and administrative tasks, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in-store and by phone Process sales, payments, and invoices accurately Maintain and restock retail displays Prepare and file service paperwork Support technicians and management with daily administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized front area

Qualifications

Required:

Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Basic computer and cash handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks

Assets (not required):

Experience in retail, office administration, or customer service Knowledge of fire safety equipment or technical services
