Retail Business Administrator (RBA)
to join our dynamic retail team and help keep our store operations running smoothly and professionally.
About the Role
As the RBA, you will be the face of the store, the first-person customers see, and the one who ensures every detail behind the scenes is handled with care. You will support both our customers and our sales team by coordinating deliveries, processing payments, maintaining inventory schedules, and delivering a first-class customer experience every step of the way.
How you will make a difference
Be the welcoming first point of contact for in-store and phone customers
Coordinate product availability and delivery logistics with precision
Manage daily payments and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and order tracking
Help with store operations including merchandising resets and month-end processes
What makes you a great fit
1+ year of customer service experience (retail or operations support is a bonus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized
Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with Zendesk or ERP/CRM systems is a plus
Independence, accountability, and an eagerness to take initiative
