What You'll Be Doing:

Offering warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful customer service Educating customers about clean and sustainable products and practices Sharing product knowledge across a wide range of toxin free and low-tox home, body, and lifestyle goods Receiving and processing inventory (note: some heavy lifting required-50lbs) Picking and packing online orders with care and accuracy Supporting the daily operations of the boutique including cleaning, merchandising, and store presentation Operating our in-store paint tinting system (training provided) and helping customers understand Farrow & Ball's non-toxic paint and wallpaper lines Maintaining attention to detail at the till and with inventory Helping ensure a tidy, welcoming, and inspiring space for all who visit Participating in opening and closing duties as needed

What You Bring to the Role:

A genuine interest in clean, conscious, and sustainable living A kind, grounded, and customer-focused attitude Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Retail experience in a boutique or values-based setting (preferred) Ability to lift and move stock, including bulk refillery items Curiosity and willingness to learn about the products we carry Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
