Our flagship brand Herbishh is a fast-growing haircare line with strong international presence. We are now expanding into retail, salons, and distributor partnerships to complement our e-commerce growth.
? Role Overview
The
Retail & B2B Partnerships Manager
will be
responsible for driving offline growth by securing partnerships with retail chains, salon distributors, and wholesalers in North America and beyond
. This role will
open new revenue channels, diversify sales beyond Amazon/Shopify, and increase brand visibility in physical retail
.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and negotiate with retail chains (Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs, Costco, Walmart offline, Target, etc.).
Build long-term relationships with category buyers and procurement managers.
Create compelling retail pitch decks, line sheets, and presentations.
B2B Distribution
Develop partnerships with salon chains, spas, and beauty distributors.
Negotiate wholesale terms, margins, and volumes.
Support distributors with marketing collateral and training materials.
Channel Strategy
Collaborate with Product Development to identify SKUs best suited for retail.
Work with Regulatory team to ensure packaging & labeling compliance (e.g., bilingual labels in Canada).
Partner with Inventory to ensure smooth fulfillment for large-volume B2B orders.
Revenue & Growth
Set quarterly B2B/retail revenue targets.
Track performance (sell-in & sell-through data).
Explore international distribution (Mexico with Christian, UAE with local agents, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing Head to provide retailers with promotional campaigns.
Partner with Analytics Manager to measure B2B channel profitability.
Support COO/CEO with strategic growth projects.

Number of retail/distribution partnerships signed.
B2B/retail revenue generated (target: $500K+ in Year 1).
Gross margin % on retail/distributor sales.
On-time delivery & compliance rate for retail orders.
Customer satisfaction with partnership execution.
? Requirements
5-8 years of experience in retail partnerships / B2B sales / business development in CPG, beauty, or FMCG.
Strong
existing network of retail buyers or salon distributors is a huge advantage
.
Proven track record in
securing retail shelf space or distribution deals
.
Excellent
negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to
work independently and drive new channel growth
.
? Nice-to-Have
Experience in
cosmetics, personal care, or haircare industry.
Knowledge of
retail category management
processes.
Experience in
international expansion (Mexico, EU, UAE)
.
Familiarity with
EDI systems & retail compliance portals
.

Competitive salary: CAD $70,000 - $90,000 base + performance incentives.
