Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our Formula 1 apparel team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and wants to bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life in-store. As a Retail Assistant, you'll provide exceptional service, maintain visual standards, and support the team in delivering a memorable shopping experience for F1 fans, collectors, and newcomers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Assist customers with product knowledge, sizing, and styling advice to maximize sales. Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and ensuring product availability on the floor. Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with seasonal collections and F1 brand guidelines. Contribute to in-store promotions, product launches, and special race-weekend activations. Work effectively as part of the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs. Keep the store clean, organized, and immersive, reflecting the high standards of Formula 1.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not essential. Passion for delivering great customer experiences. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work scheduled store hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and race-related events. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interest in motorsport and the Formula 1 fan community is a plus, but not required.
