JOB DESCRIPTION ASSISTANT MANAGER (USA & CANADA) JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Store Manager, and District Manager, the Assistant Manager contributes to the profitable operation of their store. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports the Store Manager in building a fashion-centric team of collaborative and engaged talent through recruiting and networking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all team members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a \xe2\x80\x9ccustomer-obsessed\xe2\x80\x9d omni-channel experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in controlling operational costs through payroll and asset management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy. KEY REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Business-minded trendsetter who understands today\'s ever-changing fashion landscape. \xe2\x80\xa2 High school diploma (D.E.S.) \xe2\x80\xa2 One year of retail or service industry leadership experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, motivational, and customer service skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (\xe2\x89\x8816 kg) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual Benefits:
