About the Role:

We're searching for a polished and personable

Assistant Manager

to help lead our boutique team. This role is all about blending style with service -- ensuring our customers feel welcomed, inspired, and beautifully taken care of. Working alongside the Store Manager you'll keep the boutique running smoothly, support the team, and bring a touch of elegance to everything you do.

What You'll Do:

Provide warm, attentive service that makes every customer feel valued. Guide clients through styling choices and help them find pieces that suit their lifestyle and taste. Support the Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, reporting, and daily operations. Lead and motivate the team with professionalism, encouragement, and a customer-first focus. Handle customer concerns with grace and confidence, always seeking positive resolutions. Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations. Maintain a refined, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand. Assist with store events & promotions, ensuring lively and interactive activations that connect new customers with our brand. Bring forward thoughtful ideas to enhance both the customer experience and team performance.

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail. A natural sense of style and an appreciation for chic, elegant ladieswear. Excellent communication and people skills, with a warm, approachable demeanor. Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail. Confident with POS systems, reporting, and operational responsibilities. Skilled in coaching and mentoring a team in a positive way. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
