Job Description

Mandate:

The role of the Retail Activation Specialist is focused by channel of distribution and supporting the Key Account Managers to ensure tools and information are provided on time and that the negotiated plan is executed. They coordinate all newness & promo ordering process with the retailers, and make sure that all relevant information is shared to our field team in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

Retailer Communication:

• Responsible for communication of launches & promo to the retailer
• Manage the numerous requests from the retailers
• Responsible for coordination of chain-specific advertising
• Follow up with client for Promotional Orders (Department Store and Sephora specific)

Digital Copy & assets:

• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of Copy and Assets
• Communicate and inform retailers of updates on Copy and Assets

Field Team Communication:

• Communicate and update in store calendar & tools for all launches, promos, events
• Responsible for building the newsletter communication
• Communicate via the weekly communication tool any delay of promo and launches

Sampling & Sampler Program:

• Request sampling needs to Marketing team for allocations
• Manage the sampling program, from the request / 3rd party / stores
• Manage all the PO\'s requests for samples

Events:

• Send events pitch / visibility request on time - Sephora specific
• Send pitch of the outpost to the retailer - HBC specific

Budget Management:

• Responsible to track account budget
• Create POs for specific retailer activities
• Manage requisition for any retailer requests

Buyer\'s Meeting

• Overall coordination of the meeting schedule and logictics (gift, location, decor\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Review order flow and adjust
• Review factsheets
