Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to jobs in a timely manner. Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.

Dispatchers are responsible for:



Dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to save the day when disasters hit Customer service - general understanding of water emergencies/claims/schedules Communicating with property owners/insureds, setting up schedules, dispatching technicians Managing sub-trade schedules Managing crew mix and on-call availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Tell us about your customer service skills and your ability to clearly communicate on the phone with clients who are going through a stressful flooding. This role is focused on coordinating and dispatching water damage technicians.
Do you have the experience/ understanding of scope of work and the skills needed for water related emergencies? Are you experienced in managing crew mix? Are you confident handling various claims in water damage?

This role is focused on coordinating and dispatching water damage technicians as per claims and emergencies. This role requires you to problem solve on the fly, to be reactive to last minute scheduling changes. Where did you learn and hone this skill?
