Duties/Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers and other field team members in assessing and processing flood and fire damage Use moisture testing equipment and proper scoping techniques to layout drying protocols and moisture mapping plans Organize and arrange appropriate equipment and materials needed to mitigate damages Communicate, direct and delegate tasks to field labourers Ensure site protection is installed properly Organize and run jobs in a resourceful and time efficient manner Practice on the job safety and encourage safety among the team Install, operate and maintain all equipment safely and adhere to manufacturer's guidelines Any and all other duties as may be required from time to time
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills Familiar with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented The ability to handle a regular physical workload, and lift at least 50lbs A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
