Duties & Responsibilities:

Skilled workers to assist with mitigation, restoration, renovation, and repair work.

Collaborate with other team members to job sites as needed via company vehicles.

Work with the necessary resources, hand tools, and mitigation/restoration equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, clients and property managers.

Adhere to all relevant safety standards in accordance with All4 and WorkSafe BC regulations and requirements.

Demonstrate the company's core values: Integrity, pride, teamwork, respect, time management, craftsmanship and dependability.

Skills:

Drywall install; mudding; painting; demolition; finishing work

Education and Experience:

Min. 2 years of experience in restoration/renovation/construction Industry.

Proven history and experience in this field of work.

Valid BC driver's license with a solid driver's abstract.

Ability to operate vehicles of different sizes.

Clean criminal record as per industry standard.

Permanent, Full-time/Part-time (0ne-week trial period to start)

Salary range: $25 - $35 hourly (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - Mon to Fri, sometimes evenings/weekends for emergency callouts

On-call

Overtime for after hour emergency callouts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
