The Role

We're looking for a

Restoration Technician

to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same--you'll be helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property damage. If you're motivated, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a

full-time position

with competitive wages based on experience, certifications, and skill level. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career.

What You'll Do

Set up and monitor drying equipment in clients' homes Remove damaged materials (flooring, drywall, insulation, etc.) Assist with repairs such as drywalling, mudding, and painting Pack and clean contents from affected areas Complete detailed project documentation Perform asbestos abatement (certification required) Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies
What You Bring

Experience in restoration work (water/fire damage, mold remediation, or construction) Valid

Asbestos Abatement Certification

(BC or provincial equivalent) preferred Knowledge of WorkSafeBC or equivalent safety procedures Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
