Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and meet quality standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with knowledge of food handling practices. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about menu items and specials to provide informed recommendations.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
