Position Overview:

We are hiring a

Server / Restaurant Supervisor

for a hybrid role that blends front-line service with leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step into restaurant supervision.

Responsibilities:

As a Server:

Provide exceptional table service with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Upsell menu items and promote daily specials Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Ensure cleanliness and readiness of your section
As a Supervisor:

Support and guide front-of-house staff during shifts Lead pre-shift meetings and assist with training new team members Monitor service standards and team performance Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning Step in to resolve escalated customer issues Help enforce health and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a server AND some leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to lead by example while staying hands-on Comfortable managing shifts and jumping in where needed Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
