We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our vibrant restaurant environment. Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in food service and customer interaction. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food handling practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting. Exceptional leadership abilities with strong communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.20-$20.20 per hour
