Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Support front of house staff to ensure servers and expos are performing their duties properly.
Train new staff following the guidelines set forth by Flavor Team.
Train expos following the guidelines set forth by the Flavor Team.
Assist in the successful execution of events among catering team and servers
Manage and organize reservations to ensure tables turn efficiently, while maintaining a positive and satisfying dining experience. In addition, organize the number of seatings at any given time, so the kitchen is supported.
Monitor the cleanliness of the Flavor establishment
Monitor and uphold the dress code of the Flavor Restaurants
Support the Top Bar Server
Ensure what is being served is of Flavor High Standard
Monitor the atmosphere of Flavor Restaurants
Facilitate seasonal menu changes of food and drink
Oversee daily take-out orders, reservations, and last minute pick up catering orders
Ensure proper functioning of POS system and troubleshoot problems that arise
Ensure Buffet Presentation is clean and visually appealing
Enforce the discipline policy, in conjunction with Flavor owners. To Note: the successful candidate will be able to take tables while on shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
