Summary:

RAWHIDES BISTRO & SALOON INC.

is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor position.

Duties Includes

:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food

Prepare food order summaries for cooks from customers

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

Supervise and check assembly of regular and special diet trays for customer

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment

Work Condition and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

Wages and Benefits: Wages $ 32.40 per hourly, for 40 hours per week. $ 700 bonus allowance per year for health care spending.

Work Experience

: Must have at least several years of experience in food preparation and service is required, with a strong command in English language both written and oral communication.

Education:

Completion of secondary school education is required.
