What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping things running smoothly

- Oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch service.

Leading an awesome team

- Manage kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.

Keeping food quality on point

- Work with the culinary team to maintain high standards and delicious flavours.

Handling the $$$

- Manage cash flow, transactions, and daily reconciliations.

Training & development

- Help new team members shine with top-tier training programs.

Keeping us stocked

- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

Making guests happy

- Address customer inquiries and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

Boosting efficiency & profitability

- Analyze financial reports and find ways to make us even better.

Bringing fresh ideas

- Collaborate on seasonal menus, special promos, and exciting new concepts!

What We're Looking For:

Restaurant management experience

- You know how to run a smooth operation.

Foodie passion

- You love great food, quality ingredients, and excellent hospitality.

People-first mindset

- You're an inspiring leader who knows how to motivate a team.

Strong financial & operational skills

- Cash handling, reporting, and efficiency are in your wheelhouse.

Health & safety knowledge

- You understand food safety and compliance regulations.

Great communication

- You're clear, friendly, and can handle anything with a smile.
