We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You should also be able to identify ways to decrease the restaurant's operational costs.

To be successful as a restaurant supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance. Ultimately, a top-performing restaurant supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.

YOUR JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES



Making people's day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying the fried chicken lovers Processing payments. Working cash, working your smile. Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Staying organized with all orders being placed (in-store, delivery apps, take out) Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage Ability to work in a high paced environment while keeping calm and organize Cleanliness and organization skills Weight Handling: Up to 20+LB Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff. Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills. Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED



Partial high school education or higher Food handling certificate Pro-serve certificate

QUALIFICATIONS



Preferred 2 years' experience in hospitality/customer service role Reliable transportation so you can be on time for every shift Availability for weekdays, evenings or weekends as needed Excellent communication skills Passion for great customer service Positive attitude Strong prioritization skills Team-oriented Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Bilingual is an asset Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
