Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high service standards. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Work closely with management to implement operational policies and procedures. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirement

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (Indian cuisine experience is an asset). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible to work at any location within Calgary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
