Summary

The Supervisor position at The Chickenburger is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring quality food service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant with a long-standing reputation in the community, The Chickenburger requires strong leadership at all times to oversee staff, uphold food safety and quality standards, and provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

Structure, deploy and engage the team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently each shift. Manages, balances, and takes overall responsibility for cash management during the shift. Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments. Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor. Manages appropriate inventory levels during shifts in varying stations. Prepare food and drinks with efficiency. Trains, coaches and develops the team, keeping them growing and motivated. Expedite and assemble orders for prompt service. Maintains the cleanliness of the store, ensuring a safe environment for guests, crew members, and oneself. Any other duties as required.

Compensation
