Job Description

Responsibilities:



- Helps maintain standards for raw and finished product quality, service and speed, quality and cleanliness and controls labor hours, cash flow while on shift

- Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files and completes assigned shift paperwork

-Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards

-Knows and helps to enforce and educate crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and security and safety procedures and shares knowledge and experience with crew

-May plan take-out menu and determine retail Ted food and labour costs

- Supervise delivery of food to customers and follow up with customers about their feedback

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

Requirements:



- Restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to cook basic menu items is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
