We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Assist in food preparation and maintain adherence to food safety standards. Manage team performance through effective training, coaching, and motivation. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that align with customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant premises.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
