Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to menu specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals to guests. Participate in regular training sessions on food handling, safety procedures, and customer service best practices. Stocking and Replenishing Hot Tables Refilling and Making Sauces Using the fryer to prepare menu items Putting away stock from deliveries Cleaning (FOH, Kitchen, Equipment etc.) Handling Cash- Using Point of Sale

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to help guests feel welcome. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations within the food service industry. Experience in food preparation is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant environment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
