We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team In late Jan or early Feb 2026. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining / take out experience for our guests. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Assist in taking orders and accurately entering them into the system.
Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
Support food preparation and kitchen operations while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Manage time effectively to fulfill multiple responsibilities while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or food service is mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
