Overview


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead the digital presence of our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, storytelling, and community engagement. This person will plan and execute marketing strategies, create engaging content, manage all social media platforms, and produce videos that highlight our food, atmosphere, and brand personality.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments and loves bringing hospitality brands to life online.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer traffic. Manage and grow all social media accounts from daily posting to responding to comments and messages. Create, shoot, and edit videos and photos for reels, stories, ads, and other marketing materials. Plan and execute content calendars and promotional campaigns (seasonal menus, events, specials, etc.). Collaborate with restaurant management and kitchen staff to produce authentic, visually appealing content. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and social media metrics to optimize results. Manage Google Business and ensure up-to-date information, menus, and images. Coordinate influencer partnerships and local collaborations to expand brand reach. Handle basic design tasks using Canva or Adobe tools for flyers, posts, and menus. Manage paid ads to promote offers, events, and new items. Respond to and manage online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.) in a positive, professional manner.

Skills



7 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation (hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus). Proven ability to create and edit engaging video content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools). Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram. Familiarity with digital tools like Canva and Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset, strong visual sense, and passion for food culture. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. photography and storytelling skills are a big plus.
