Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and copy using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage social media scheduling and posting through tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights; prepare reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media algorithms to ensure innovative approaches.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management ideal for a food business within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
Prior experience in digital marketing strategy development is preferred but not required; a passion for social media trends is essential.
