The Food and beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual in our restaurant.
- Frequent guest contact and high visibility in the Lodge are to be apparent at all times.
- The candidate will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all beverage items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes' standards of excellence.
- The cleanliness of the Lodge, restaurant and bar area will be a top priority. He/She will ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed.
- Co-operation, communication, and teamwork are essential for a successful manager.
- The manager may or may not be responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant.
- The manager will perform other such tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
