Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and POS system management. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback. Maintain compliance with health regulations and company policies.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
