About Us:
We are a busy Subway location looking for an experienced and reliable Manager to lead our team. We pride ourselves on providing great food, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
:Oversee daily restaurant operations & ensure excellent customer service at all times
Train, coach, and support team members
Manage scheduling, and staffing needs
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and Subway Franchise operational standards
Manage weekly inventory, ordering, and monitor cost control
Follow and enforce cash handling procedures
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications
:Previous management or supervisory experience (food service preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
Subway experience an asset, but not required
