We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in team management, operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
Train, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive team environment and enhance performance.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Manage financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Skills
Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with strong knowledge of food safety practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
Knowledge of bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
