As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from managing staff to maintaining food safety standards.
Duties
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Plan and organize daily operations
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns
