Duties
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain smooth shift execution
Coach, develop, and mentor a motivated team
Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost controls, and daily performance checks
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Resolve guest concerns professionally and positively
Hire, onboard, and train new team members
Create a positive, respectful, and high-energy work environment
Work with ownership to grow sales, strengthen guest loyalty, and build brand presence in the Warman community
Skills
Experience independently managing a QSR or similar food-service operation
A strong sense of drive, initiative, and leadership, you thrive when challenged
Passion for developing people and building strong teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid operational understanding (scheduling, inventory, food safety, cost tracking)
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
A guest-first approach and a commitment to high standards
Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
