Firehouse Subs Warman is looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant Manager who wants to lead a growing team and build a strong guest experience in our community. Duties

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain smooth shift execution Coach, develop, and mentor a motivated team Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost controls, and daily performance checks Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards Resolve guest concerns professionally and positively Hire, onboard, and train new team members Create a positive, respectful, and high-energy work environment Work with ownership to grow sales, strengthen guest loyalty, and build brand presence in the Warman community

Skills

Experience independently managing a QSR or similar food-service operation A strong sense of drive, initiative, and leadership, you thrive when challenged Passion for developing people and building strong teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid operational understanding (scheduling, inventory, food safety, cost tracking) Ability to multitask and perform under pressure A guest-first approach and a commitment to high standards Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $24.50-$25.64 per hour
